Build Your Own Table

Investing in Hospitality

Amara Capital is a top hotel equity platform founded as a vehicle for women investors to gain access into hospitality real estate and ownership.  Our vision is to give women investors a seat at the ownership table and create wealth.
Amara capital pursues opportunistic single asset and portfolio acquisitions, as well as new development projects throughout the US.  We are focused on investments in full-service, select-service, and extended stay hotels.

Doing Well and Doing Good

Amara Capital represents women investors and targets opportunistic hotel real estate investments. Additionally, our aim is to increase ownership diversity within the hospitality industry.  Women are a legitimate and under-served investor group for hotel real estate investments.  We represent significant and rapidly growing income, and are a constituency with a natural affinity for hotels as an investment class.  However, women are under represented among hotel ownership, hotel company leadership (5% of CEO) and at hotel investment conferences (21% of attendees; 15% of the podium).  Amara Capital believes that this imbalance represents a significant opportunity for both women investors and the hospitality industry.
